Do I need a consumer unit upgrade for an EV charger?
In many cases, yes. EV chargers require dedicated protection and sufficient capacity. We carry out a full assessment before installation and will advise if upgrades such as RCBO protection, surge protection or earthing improvements are needed.
Which EV chargers do you install?

Can I install a home battery without solar panels?
Yes. Home battery systems can be installed without solar, allowing you to store cheap off-peak electricity and use it later. Battery storage can also provide backup power and help reduce peak electricity costs.
How long does EV charger installation take?
Most installations are completed within one day, depending on the condition of the existing electrical system and whether upgrades are required.
